HOUSE 1967 | Terms of Service
Reservation and Payment:
- All reservations are subject to availability
- Full payment is required before check-in
- Establishment is cashless
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is [14:00], and check-out time is [10:00]
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to
availability and may incur an additional fee
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival
date will receive a full refund for bookings made directly
with the property - Cancellations made within [7] of the arrival date will be
charged the full amount of the reservation
Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property
caused during their stay - Quiet hours are observed from [22:00] to [06:00]. Please
be considerate of other guests - The use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- No private parties allowed on the premises
- No illicit activities are allowed on the premises
- The possession of any licenced firearms are to be
reported prior to check-in - No unlicenced firearms are allowed on the property
Smoking and Pets:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse.
Designated smoking areas are available outside. - Guest pets are not allowed except for guide dogs and
service dogs
Liability:
- House 1967 is not responsible for any loss, theft, or
damage to guests' personal belongings. - Guests are responsible for their own safety and should
report any hazards or concerns to the staff immediately. - Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the
property and any harm and/or harassment to the staff
and/or pets of House 1967
Privacy Policy:
- Guest information will be kept confidential and used only
for reservation and communication purposes.
Changes to Terms of Service:
- House 1967 reserves the right to modify these terms of
service at any time. Guests will be notified of any
changes.
Governing Law:
- This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South
Africa.
By making a reservation with House 1967, you agree to abide
by these terms and conditions.
